This gallery is run by a single artist in Calgary, Alberta. It follows Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

What is collected

Page views: anonymous counters per painting (no cookies, no fingerprinting).
Aggregate analytics: Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and tracks no individuals.
Inquiries: the name, email, and message you type into a painting's form — emailed straight to the artist so she can reply. Nothing about your inquiry is stored on the site.
Collector alerts: if you tap “Notify me”, your browser's push subscription (its address plus two encryption keys) is stored in the site's database — that is the only personal information the site keeps, and only so new paintings can ping you. Remove it any time with the same button, which deletes it.
Spam check: the buy form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which quietly confirms you're human. No puzzles, no tracking cookies.

No accounts, no advertising trackers, no cross-site tracking, no sale of personal information.

To stop collector alerts, tap the same “Notify me” button again. To ask anything about privacy, email the artist and it will be handled personally.
